Challenge

Aero was introducing a modern electric mobility product to an audience that was unfamiliar with the technology and its benefits. The existing product presentation relied heavily on technical information, making it difficult for visitors to quickly understand what made the product different. The challenge was to communicate performance, technology, and lifestyle benefits without overwhelming users with unnecessary information. We needed to create a digital experience that felt as progressive as the product itself.

Approach

We started by defining the key messages customers needed to understand before making a decision. We then organized the product information around real customer questions rather than technical specifications alone. Visual storytelling, structured content, product interactions, and motion were used to create a more engaging journey. The design direction combined large-scale imagery with concise messaging to make the technology feel approachable while maintaining a premium visual identity.

Solution

We redesigned the experience with clearer navigation, stronger content hierarchy, refined product discovery, and more informative product pages. The checkout journey was simplified to reduce friction and help customers move through each step with greater confidence. A scalable component system was introduced to maintain consistency across the experience while allowing the team to expand the product range and introduce new features over time. The final result is a responsive, polished e-commerce experience designed to make shopping feel simpler and more intuitive.
